Terms, Conditions and FAQ's

At the moment it's PayPal only please; nice, easy and safe for us all. I will ship your order usually within three working days of receiving payment. Likewise with custom orders I will start sewing once payment has been received.

VAT is included in price listed.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.

If you have ordered a bespoke item, once payment is received I will likely start making the item straight away at which point no refund will be given.

Orders will be posted from UK within five working days of receiving payment, usually much sooner, but I am restricted to my part-time hours working around childcare (working days do not include weekends or UK public holidays).

Items will be sent free-of-charge Royal Mail Second Class in the UK, unless priority shipping is selected at checkout which will upgrade you to First Class shipping and alert me to dispatch faster where possible. Overseas deliveries will take up to 2 weeks, dependent on where you are. If you would like your item sent special delivery please get in touch, but there will be an extra charge.

Bespoke items I will start making once I have received full payment, please check current lead times before ordering if you have a specific date you need the artwork by. I will inform you once it is completed and it will be posted recorded delivery.

I will of course let you know when I have posted the item so that you can be ready and waiting!

If you are unhappy with your item please notify me and return it within fourteen days of receipt. Refunds will be given minus return shipping costs. Refunds will only be given when item is received in the same condition it was shipped out.

In the unlikely event that the item turns out to be faulty, refunds will be given (again, upon return of item).

If an item is lost in the post, I will send a replacement or refund, this would be decided upon in conversation with the customer at the time.

Lots of my products are very colourful and look like fun to play with, they are made to be durable however are not suitable for babies or children.

Apart from the printing, absolutely everything is done by me! I am a complete perfectionist so you can be sure that it will be lovingly created to my very high standards. The prints are all of images I have embroidered and only sent away for printing, nothing else.
