A luxury free-motion machine embroidered house line drawing, created from photos of your home. The perfect way to honour the place you get to call 'home', or a fabulously unique 'new home gift' for the special people in your life.
I start with creating a pencil sketch from your photos, which I will send you a photo of for your approval before I start sewing. The design is then traced onto a bonded white cotton before carefully free-motion embroidering the sketch onto a natural linen or linen-cotton blend*. I remove any excess of the white cotton to reveal a subtle but equally stand-out contrast between the home and its surroundings. Finally each piece is completed with the house or street name embroidered onto the roof line (if desired), and will be stitch-signed with my unique Naisy artist signature.
I mount each unique piece of artwork in a standard A4 size cream coloured cardboard mount, ready to be placed in a frame of your choice when you have received it in your home!
*exact linen fabric may vary dependent on availabilty, but will be a natural light colour similar to what is seen in product photographs.

Ordering a gift?
If you want to comission a bespoke house portrait and keep it a surprise, you can often screen-shot perfectly decent house images from Google Maps Street View - no need to try and sneak photos during a visit!
All artwork is gift wrapped in recyclable tissue paper, and can be shipped straight to the lucky new owners - just provide their address in the shipping section at checkout. Let me know in the notes at checkout if you would like a gift note added (free of charge).
